With all the hidden, but not overlooked, pieces once tucked away in over-flowing thrift stores, dusty attics or last-minute yard sales, I create something of a happy, crafty, creation!
Retrieve the heavy barn board, and the strongest hammers and nails, the array of colorful paint and the brushes packed in my art-pails, I have work to do!
With the "swoosh" of my paintbrush, the "snap" of the camera, or the gliding of my pencil across empty pages, I bring to life some of the things I often get to enjoy or imagine.
Those seemingly "too-old" fabric scraps, patterned ties, and hook-and-eye's, I doctor-up with a little sewing thread and a sharp needle-- they're living their best life again!
