'Tis the holiday season and we have a list - there is so much happening that shouldn't be missed! So follow along, get your notepad and pen, 'cause on Saturday, December 14 the fun will commence:
We will have live music at 10 and at 2. Here's a little about the vocalist you'll be listening to:
Austin Bare is a Sauk-Prairie native and tenor who is currently employed as a Milwaukee area performer. He has studied with Dr. Colleen Brooks now for quite awhile in both classical and contemporary musical styles. There are a variety of Collectives and he has collaborated with some, such as UWM Opera Theater, Milwaukee Opera Theater, and APERI ANIMAM. Austin has been seen performing roles as Franz in Tales of Hoffmann, Don Gomez in La Périchole, a Spirit in The Magic Flute, and the Duke in Rigoletto. He has also gained experience with greater artistic creations, such as Utterance, which was an effort between Cadence Collective, MOT, composer Amanda Schoofs, and APERI. Austin finds the most enjoyment performing Classical, Romantic, and post-Romantic repertoire featuring works by Debussy, Fauré, Schubert, Tosti, and Mozart.
A brief musical pause from 11 until 2, to taste and vote for our prize-winning chili served in our Corner Cabin room!
We're holding our Secret Santa Sale all day, from 9 until 5. Can't tell you more (it's a Secret!), you'll definitely want to swing by!
Just remember, we are one of many Holly Jolly stops. There is fun all around our quaint little town...and don't miss the craft show at the Holiday Shop!
Hope you can stop by and "Pull Up A Chair". It will be a fun day - See you there!
