This year is already filled with exciting new adventures and we are thrilled to have all of you keeping us company on this fun-filled journey! And with that...Welcome to February! Did you know that every American president has designated February as Black History Month since 1976? Not only that, but they endorse a specific theme each year to broaden our perspectives. This year the theme centers around Health and Wellness, something dear to our hearts here at ReTwist-T. We see creative outlets as an important component of a healthy lifestyle. Feel free to be adventurous this month and learn about African-American scholars, medical practitioners or herbalists. If you prefer something less research-y, check out Teresa's Health Coaching Vlogs available on our website - She has done all the research for you! February is our chance to focus on activities, initiatives or practices that grow healthier relationships and communities. This month we are inspired by caring for each other and making positive connections!

Jessica is a hard-working Mama with three Littles in tow, but she has determined that nothing will stop her from reaching her dreams! Her most recent endeavor, Country Meadow Market, was established in 2020 as a local family-owned business. She offers a selection of sweet farmhouse-style candles with comforting scents such as Blueberry Waffles, Lavender Sunset, and Romance! Jessica joins us from Poynette, Wisconsin.

Gracia, one of the Krafty Kids on the ReTwist-T Team, was able to join us during Holly Jolly Sauk-Prairie in early December. She gathered her friends from the local Homeschool Co-Op to create adorable ornaments, jewelry and bookmarks. Gracia also created super sweet little donuts! After the holiday bustle Gracia received a request to create some donuts for a special birthday gift. She pulled out her felt and went to work!
After a week or two the tiny package of donuts was completed and ready for that sweet Mama to give her little daughter on her birthday. Thank you, Gracia, for being a talented young entrepreneur...and part of the ReTwist-T family!
